Jude Secombe - Partner and Director
Judith has spent over 30 years in media developing business and consumer brands both in print and digital. With a focus on strategy and revenue diversification Judith has led the expansion of the Good Housekeeping Institute and its review and accreditation business for Hearst in the UK, run the Hearst content marketing agency and was latterly Managing Director of E-Commerce.
Julian Linley - Partner and Director
A content specialist with 25 years’ experience inventing and editing generation-defining brands. Previously EIC of digitalspy.com and heat. Julian has always worked at the cutting edge of content technology including being the “UK’s first major multiplatform editor” (The Guardian), Creative Director at Bauer Media, Business Development Director at Hearst, and as a consultant for Cannes Lions Festivals, Sky, Kiss FM, NBCUniversal and Wirewax.
Harbir Guram - Partner and Director
Over 15 years' experience in the technology sector, working in direct mail and data analytics before moving to management consulting in the TMT team at Deloitte. More latterly involved with startups in the sports and entertainment sectors.

A vastly experienced practitioner in the advertising media industry. Held senior management roles in a number of media agencies including AMV.BBDO, PHD and MEC; Associated Newspapers; and most recently as CEO of Outsmart, the Out of Home industry's trade marketing body. Also spent two years in venture capital in a media-focused subsidiary of Apax Partners.
